Super pale Heidelberg pilsner base with just shy of 40% torrefied wheat, torrefied oats and malted oats to create that super fluffy muffin-like mouthfeel. Hopped with Citra in the whirlpool, dry hopped with even more Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin and YCH 701 HyperBoost Mosaic. HyperBoost is an innovative new hop product released by Yakima Chief Hops. A variety-specific, concentrated hop oil extract produced via a novel supercritical CO2 extraction technique. Designed to be user friendly for brewers, resulting in increased efficiency and amplified hop aromas thanks to high concentrations of survivable compounds. Super light gold in color and solidly hazy. Pillowy soft, creamy smooth mouthfeel, honey-like sweetness, hint of hoppy bitterness. Aromas of bright fruit – mango, citrus, gooseberry, complemented by a touch of diesel.
